When Fireflies.ai is the better choice
- You need meetings to land in a CRM automatically — Salesforce, HubSpot and the rest. Subtl has no CRM integration.
- You are buying for a sales team and need per-seat administration, shared search and conversation analytics.
- Your meetings happen without you and still need recording.
- You are not on macOS.
Fireflies.ai is a good product. If one of those describes you, buy theirs.

- Only if you turn recording on. By default audio is never written to disk and never kept on the server.
